Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. Our office closes at noon on Fridays during June, July, and August to allow our staff to enjoy more summer freedom.
We are closed on major USA holidays. We try to respond to all email within one or two business days. With rare exceptions, all orders are processed within one business day.
All product must be shipped. No product is available for pick-up at our office.
